From the first phone call Golden Rule was kind professional and kept us informed through the whole process.
Setting up the appointment was easy and I received text messages and a phone call and even a name with a photo text on who was coming out to the house.
The crew was professional and kind and explained all the different options we had to choose from.
The crew took time and care to lay down tarps and wear shoe protectors so they wouldn't mess up the carpet.
They even removed our old water softener, with a small additional charge, but it was worth it.
Overall, a wonderful experience and I am happy with the service and product and have peace of mind that I can call Golden Rule back for any other heating or cooling issues.
