He explained what happened and what I can do in the future to avoid a service charge for a simple fix. He then asked me if I had any other concerns. I told him my bathroom leaks into my basement. He throughly examined and explained why that was happening. He then gave me options of remodeling the bathroom, and gave me tips how I could replace my toilet on my own. A wonderful being, and not a greedy one.

His manager Derrek followed up with reasonable payment plans and low interest rates. Derrek even knocked almost $200 off the remodel cost since his crew needed work.

This year we replaced both the furnace and the AC.  The installation was flawless.  They were done two hours ahead of schedule.! We had new carpet installed downstairs a month earlier. The basement was spotless after the install!  The WiFi thermostat was failing to hook up to our WiFi  and Golden Rule was ALL over it!  We appreciate the time and effort they put in to making sure we were satisfied.
