Leak Detection FAQs

Leak Detection and Location Services

Addressing leaks quickly is essential to prevent them from spreading and avoid costly water damage to your home. However, leaks can be tricky to identify due to the fact that you generally can’t see them because the pipes are in your walls or underground. Fortunately, there are some warning signs you can watch out for to help identify possible leaks.

Call for leak detection right away if you notice any of these indicators:

Odor of mold or mildew
Consectetur adipiscing elit
Increases in water bills and usage
Staining or warping of floors, walls, or ceilings
Soggy areas or puddles in or around your home

There are other possible signs of leaks, but these are some of the most common that you are likely to come across. If you notice anything suspicious with your plumbing, it is better to have it checked out than to ignore it and possibly allow the problem to get even worse.

When your plumber arrives, they’ll start by inspecting your home and plumbing system for any signs of leaks. They utilize sophisticated equipment, including drain cameras, to identify and locate any leaks in your interior plumbing, sewer lines, and pipes under the foundation.

Once they have located any and all leaks, your plumber can then begin to plan for the repairs. They can let you know what your options are in terms of the location, complexity, and severity of the leak, taking into account your budget as well. After you have approved the estimate, they’ll get to work on restoring your plumbing by stopping the leaks.
