Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator who believes in delivering a world-class customer experience. If you enjoy assisting and connecting with people, resolving customer issues, and problem-solving, this may be the opportunity you have been looking for.

  • This position requires a genuine, friendly phone voice, someone who’s easy to talk to, and likes helping people.
  • On a regular basis, you will be responsible for consistently updating customers on the status of their previously submitted request for service, with the goal of ensuring an amazing customer experience with our company.
  • One of your primary goals in this position will be to look for opportunities to proactively go above and beyond for our customers, and to find ways to compensate customers when things don’t go as planned; having the ability to turn a difficult situation into an opportunity for success.
  • You will be asked to back up the Customer Service Representative team, taking incoming calls and booking customer appointments on an as-needed basis.
  • Daily, you’ll be responsible for following up on previously submitted proposals for work, with the ability to offer customers additional incentives to proceed.
  • We look to you as the go-to person to coordinate, develop, and deliver in-house marketing pieces including direct mail campaigns, coupons, and email advertising/follow-up.

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years customer service experience (Preferred)
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail
  • Problem solver with the ability to provide customers solutions on the phone
  • Be professional, reliable, and show up daily with a positive attitude
  • Proven team player and ability to cover shifts as needed
  • Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
