    Job Description

    As a warehouse associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing inventory, organizing the warehouse, delivering parts and equipment to field technicians, and ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the warehouse and company vehicles. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our customers.

    Position Expectations
    • Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy and quality of products
    • Track inventory levels, communicate with the warehouse manager for restocking, and update inventory records accordingly
    • Restock company vehicles with necessary parts, tools, and equipment
    • Assist with periodic inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels
    • Prepare orders for delivery to field technicians, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment
    • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
    • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the company grounds, including parking areas and outdoor storage areas
    • Clear debris and snow from walkways and entrances to ensure a safe working environment

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Teams is a plus
    • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics is preferred but not required
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
    • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
