Job Description

The dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing the daily operations of our service technicians. Working closely with the service team, the Dispatcher will be responsible for assigning the right tech to the right job, optimizing technician routes, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask and a fast-paced environment.

  • Optimize service call assignments by employing our AI software to efficiently dispatch service technicians, taking into account their skills, availability, and proximity to the customer’s location
  • Effectively communicate with customers to gather necessary information and provide updates on service requests, including estimated arrival times
  • Monitor our AI dispatch software to optimize technician routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel times
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service calls, technician activities, and customer interactions in the dispatch system
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and billing to ensure smooth service delivery and resolution of issues
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and rescheduling requests professionally and promptly
  • Process daily customer satisfaction calls, emails, and text messages as needed, report client issues to prospective service managers
  • Complete daily reporting and record-keeping of all dispatching activities for the day for the prospective service manager


  • Proven experience as a dispatcher, preferably in the home services industry (preferred but not required)
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make quick decisions to address changing circumstances
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with keen attention to detail
  • Strong degree of self-motivation to provide a world-class customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
