Before you book
How does buy one, get one half off work?
You buy a furnace and an air conditioner together, on the same order. One of them is our regular price and the other is 50% off. The discount appears as its own line on your written quote, so you can see precisely what came off. Nothing is rolled into the first unit’s price to pay for it.
Do I have to buy both units to get the offer?
Yes. This offer requires the furnace and the air conditioner to be purchased together on the same order and installed at the same time. It cannot be split across two separate purchases, and it cannot be applied to a unit you bought from us previously. If you only need one unit right now, call (515) 393-4526 and we will quote that on its own.
Does it matter which one I buy at regular price?
No. Furnace or air conditioner — either can be the full-price unit, and the other is half off, as long as both are on the same order.
How long is this offer good for?
September 15 through November 1, 2026, while supplies last — whichever comes first. Fall is our busiest season for furnace replacement, so if you are considering it, call (515) 393-4526 and get on the schedule rather than waiting until the end of the window.
What does the in-home estimate cost?
Nothing. Estimates are free. A comfort advisor comes out, measures and evaluates your home, and gives you a written quote for a properly sized matched system. You are not committed to anything by having us out, and there is no pressure to decide on the spot.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Financing is available on qualifying systems so you can spread the cost out rather than paying it all at once. Ask your comfort advisor for the current terms during your visit.
Who actually does the installation?
Golden Rule’s own licensed, insured, background-checked technicians — in uniform, in marked Golden Rule trucks. We do not hand your install off to a subcontractor.
How long does the install take?
Most full furnace-and-AC replacements are completed in a single day. Your advisor will tell you what to expect for your specific home before you schedule, including anything unusual about your ductwork or electrical.
