I noticed that my water heater stopped working at 10 pm on a Thursday night. I called Golden Rule at 8 am the following morning. By 10 am, Zach was at my house providing a quote for both the repair and replacement. Due to the age of my existing water heater, I opted for the replacement. By 3 pm that day, they had installed the new water heater and hauled away the old one. They even did a great job cleaning up after the repair.

In the midst of all this, I took an hour to call around and get another quote before authorizing the replacement with Golden Rule. Not only was Golden Rule competitively priced, but they were also able to complete the install the same day, in the middle of a snowstorm, and provide exceptional service after the fact with a multi-year warranty on parts and labor. I will definitely use Golden Rule for any future plumbing or HVAC repairs.
